When Commercial Radio first launched in 1959, it broadcast from a site in Lai Chi Kok that roughly coincides with blocks 18-20 + 22-24 at Mei Foo Sun Chuen today.
According to wiki, the station moved out of Lai Chi Kok to a temporary office in Yau Yat Chuen in 1966 as it waited for its new station building to be completed/refurbished on Broadcast Drive.
