On a separate note, the director of Bookback purchased Centro Mall at 1A Chui Tong Road in Sai Kung through another holding company, Albury Garden Investment Limited, in 2003. Centro Mall went into receivership also in c. 2021, and was sold for $500 million. It has been redeveloped to DOCK1A which opened in 2025.
